Personal Inventory

Give a short summary of your personality from the Jung test, including some characteristics and preferred career choices.

Introverted iNtuitive Feeling Judging (INFJ)

I am the champion of the oppressed and downtrodden. I like to be in an emergency, rescuing who are in little distress. I'm very suspicious about other people motives. I am not easily misled. I easily recognized that people are in trouble or distressed. Even though I'm friendly and sympathetic to lots of people, I'm very selective who are my friends. Friendship bond means a lot to me.

Career Choices: Health Care, Social Services, Arts and Humanities.

How could your personal inventory help or benefit you in your chosen career path?

My personal inventory could help me to become a chiropractor because these choices could affect me relationship with the people. Like if a person try to get my back stabbed I can catch it in time or if the person is in pain but doesn't want to admit it, I can help him/her. I don't like to be oppressed or looked down, if anyone did that I would make their life miserable.

Leadership Strategies

3. evaluate the behaviours, skills and roles that contribute to the effective functioning of a leadership team
3.1 describe strategies for overcoming challenges and obstacles typically encountered by leaders, including:
The people is not listening to you or if the work gets too much for you to handle.

3.1.1 conflict resolution -
What do you do if two of your workers hate one another because one of them stole the other's girl?
Its their problem but don't bring it to the work place.

What do you do if a worker's wife comes on to you strongly and the worker notices?
Fire the worker then hire the wife :b   Try to explain what's going on and hope it works

3.1.2 stress management -
What do you do if you're stressed out and overloaded with work?
Calm down, take a good walk then come back in then try to do the work in a order.
Or take a different job.

What if a employee can't do his job because he's stressed out because his wife just broke up with him and took their kids and dog?
Try to give him less work and get him therapy. Or just talk to him about it.

3.1.3 time management -
What do you do if you realize there's not enough time left to meet a project deadline?
Rush it and hope it looks pretty

What do you do if your wife complains that you keep coming home late at night because you must stay to help others, because nobody else knows how to do it?

3.1.4 financial management -
What do you do if you run out of money in the middle of a project?
Rob a bank :)   Try to get some money for budget

What do you do if you discover that your accountant is incompetent and has cost you thousands of dollars over the last few years? (besides fire him)
Tell him to make up for it or its coming out of his pay check.

3.3 demonstrate fundamental leadership behaviours and skills while participating in a specific
leadership team, including:

3.3.1 effective communication skills
Teamwork requires good communication skills or the teamwork would crash

3.3.2 interpersonal skills
When you are working with other people you should be friendly with them so they can feel welcomed and not be afraid of me or the job. But I also have to balance with my attitude with other people so I need to be friendly but also be telling them to their work.

3.3.3 personal management skills
You should be organized and neat. You shouldn't be slacking off and being lazy.
You have to be nice with other people and put up with them. They can be annoying but they might feel the same way.
3.3.4 empowerment of other team members
Instead of being all powerful and not letting other people do what they should really do. You give them the power to be independent and make them feel they have the abilities to do what they can do.

2. Explain behaviours and skills that contribute to the effective functioning and goals of a leadership team.
Theres no I in we. I should be working with other people for a goal or something. We shouldn't work in individuals but in a team. There a big chance of completing the work or goal if we work together,

Leadership Introduction

1. Define leadership

Leadership means to me that you get to lead other people instead being a "follower". You take action for the people who needs it.
2. Describe the characteristics and qualities of effective leaders. Who comes to mind when you think of good leaders? What about bad leaders? What makes them different?
Characteristics of a leader should have a strong will and mind. They are thinking for others instead of themselves. The qualities of a leader is what makes them strong for others. Winston Churchill was a very strong leader. He lead the British through the WW2. He gave a strong speech to give people courage and hope. Hitler was a good leader he just had a different opinion about the Jewish people. He made a really good speech that convinced the people that different people are a danger to them. My Mom is an awesome leader! She takes care of people and controls her own agency named NICA. She is a great leader to me because she takes good care of me and I like it. There is really no good or bad leaders but different style and method of leading. Some people would like one or another.

3. Describe the various types of leadership styles such as : democratic, laissez-faire, transformative, transcational, charsmatic, bureauarctic  and authoritarian. Can you match leaders you've met before with one of those types?
Democratic-People get to vote who is going to be the next PM, President
Laisserz-faire- there are no rules
Transformative- The people will change a lot of things.
Transactional- The reward and punishment system.
Charismatic- the person is really nice and kind. can be a bad thing too.
Bureaucratic- Follow the rule right and correctly
Authoritarian- The government has full control of the nation.

Hitler - charsmatic
Churchill - democratic
Mom - authoritarian

4.  Which leadership type(s) do you believe fit you best?

I am charismatic and transformative. My last resort would be authoritarian if people won't finish their work.

2. create a personal growth plan for leadership development

2.1 evaluate personal core values
Born Leader, Creative, Independent, Deep Thinker, Witty

2.2 create a personal leadership philosophy such as a mission statement
I like to get the work done before anything else. "Do it right the first time" I like to be nice and calm but don't get on my nerve otherwise I will pop a fuse and it will take awhile to replace the fuse.

2.3 design at least one SMART (specific, measureable, attainable, realistic, timely) goal for personal leadership development
Encourage people to follow me, Know how to 'speak their language', Be patient with people, Make sure that
